Cut to length
Download copy of letters from internet
Find a woman with a Cricut machine
Peel and place sticker on win bar

I bought one from here with a plaque attached. Bought one for my mom a few years back from Marketplace for about the same price and these are definitely nicer quality.

I made one once. Cost was cheap.
Problem now is I can’t find the “Win!” Sticker or decal anywhere.
