They have some gentrification going on in Hollygrove. It isn't all bad but it's mostly bad.

Yeah, Hollygrove has quietly been becoming more “gentrified.” If you go on Zillow over the last couple years or more, there have been a lot of nice flip houses for sale. More white oppressors have infiltrated the area over recent years.
