I see alot of negatives about the Fan Day, but what else they going to do when over 9000 people want autographs of 65 players in an hour and a half?
Here is what I got:
25 autos
Game Used Favorite Sugar Bowl helmet:

you must have been one of those losers cutting in line.

I left after standing in line for the runningbacks and not moving but 6 feet in 45 min. Other than that it was ok, not as good as usual

That must have been your mother I cut in front of, what an ugly bitch, she looked like a Bama fan!!!
If you planned it right, you could make it to three tables. The LB table had over 12 guys right there. I hit it first, took about 20 mins to get those autos.
Hit two more tables without "Star" players. Everyone wanted Keiland's auto, leaving C Scott's line fairly short and fast (only 4 or 5 guys at that table).

Serious question. Why would you go thru this misery to get a bunch of teenage autographs. I can understand if you have kids.
I have seen grown men show off these scribbled on helmets. Basically, people say "neat", but they think "who gives a frick".

Me and my three year old got autograghs from the WR's, DB's and the whole coaching staff. It was probally the most productive fan day I have ever been to. We got there at 11:30 and did pretty well. Most of the people I hear bitching all got there after 1:30.

Why do people collect baseball cards, pictures of other men?
Why do people collect anything?
I collect LSU stuff. I mostly have vintage stuff, 60's and older. I do not have any of those Advocate posters or anything like that. I have old programs, books, and other stuff.
I collect it, thats why I went today.
It was my first, and I will go again.

Thank you!!!
I was wondering why you would stand in the longest line (coaches) to get autos that will be the easiest to get throughout the season (unless you were one of the first).
The coaches' line was way too long!!!

You got ripped off on Favorites helmet. The real ones have the clear safety sticker on the back. I see yours is white which means it's a fake. Sorry

because when your 10 it's what boys do.
but when your 30, it's against the law

Actually the coaches line was the shortest of all the lines. Coach Pevato actually talked to me and my wife for like five minutes. I found all of them to be very friendly. If you want coach Miles autogragh. Go to Walk On's for the coaches show during the season. He will sign just about anything you have.

So you're telling me that you took your 3 year old to fan day and stood in line for 4 and a half hours and got to get an autograph from about 15-18 people.
I had a two young boys (4 and 6), and decided that it was not worth standing in line for 2 and a half hours to get about 10 autographs/photos. Boys that age don't like to stand in long lines.
I've been to the last two previous fan days, and the boys could run around the field, get plenty of photos and autographs with about 20-25 players because they were all seated individually and not by groups. The lines are easier to get through if you don't hit the returning All-Americans or QB's.

Man there are some liars on here. Showing a helmet with 2 years worth of signatures, bragging about getting so many when it wasnt possible. Complete losers. Enjoy world of warcraft later and dont wake your moms up.
