As far as coaching styles go, I'm not sure you can go more 180 than Pelini after Aranda. Aranda is intense but he teaches in a calm and intelligent manner. Pelini is not unintelligent, but he has more of an old school mentality of yelling loud and coaching hard. Completely different. The players on this roster are accustomed to the style of the guy that recruited them. Pelini's style can still work here, but it's going to take roster turnover to recruit to the 4-3 and have guys that are bought in to his way of teaching. This year ain't the year.
