Look, no lie, i have had a long journey perfecting steaks. I can’t go to most restaurants without being disappointed. I’ve had my steaks called “orgasms for my tastebuds” by more than one woman.

These...i want to be my magnum opus. I have a gumbo championship under my belt...but I’m taking out all the stops for this night. Whether it’s the beginning, or the end, we will feast.
