I hope you are right. I agree that once a few people go down, the rest would lose courage quickly.
It is crazy to even think this might be plausible, but the Dems have their low information voters so riled up to believe Trump is worse than Hitler, killed 200k people from COVID, and is a traitor to the country vis a vis Russia that there may be enough mentally unstable people to actually do this on election night or in the following days once it sets in Trump won (of course, in their mind he will have "stolen" the election with the help of "foreign interference").
