if you liked dave's bread in the past, try the 0-carb bread at aldis. there's a review on youtube "serious keto" or soemthing like that where he does blood sugar testing every 15 minutes after consuming different 'carb friendly' items and this bread showed virtually no spike.
you can definitely taste the 'fakeness' though.
costco bread is better. the '2 pack' low carb bread is much more spongey and real but i think its got 4-5 carbs per slice.

We have a couple of loaves of Aldi bread in the freezer. It is OK, but enough different from the bread I like that I hardly ever want it. What it does do is make keto friendly bread crumbs (Dry in the oven at very low temperature for a couple of hours then run through the food processor).
