That's good advice. He said he lives in Arlington so he is close to a main training route at Joe Pool Lake that has seoeartes bike lanes across the bridge that used to be sketchy to ride by yourself but us now really nice. The rest of the loop is very little traffic and some big hills. He is also close to some good mountain bike trails.
