When something bad happens it’s always “it’s start at the top.” But when we bring in a great transfer QB or a guy like Joe Brady. It’s just like those things just happened to happen. When we steal Arik Gilbert from out of state, it’s just luck I guess, but when we lose a recruit from Louisiana it’s bc “something is going on in the locker room”

My position is this: O won a national championship. He fixed problems in the past, he should be able to fix them again. He seems to be acting with a sense of urgency. He has earned some trust and patience from the fan base.

well the problems were of his own making.

Aranda was already here, so O doesn't really get much credit for that.

His Pelini hire looks terrible, at this point.

The Matt Canada Hire was terrible.

The Ensminger promotion to OC in 2018 wasn't good (we had Burrow and a ton of other offensive talent, and the offense wasn't good in '18).

The Brady hire was spectacular.

The Linehan hire is still TBD, but the offense is playing well, although 3rd down conversions and red zone efficiency aren't good.

So overall, O has a poor history hiring coordinators.
