Well Philly's turnout is ~115% of registered voters in some precincts, so that hurts. PA has tons of ancestral blue collar Dems that are gradually shifting over to the GOP. It should be a reliably red state in a few years,which we will need (along with MI/MN/WI) to offset the potential loss of NC/GA/AZ.
