We have been recently notified by the Summit County Department of Health in their most recent Health Order, that all rentals in Summit County, including this rental, are only allowed to host groups that have no more than two households/ 2 addresses. This is a serious order with a $5000 fine and possible jail time if not followed.

This is through Nov 30 but could be extended and impact your reservation. We should hear from the county soon about December.

If you are from more than two household addresses, and you choose to keep your reservation and see if this health order extends out impacting your dates, then please know you are subject to our cancellation policy. Up to 5 days before arrival or closer to the arrival date there is no refund.

You can wait and see or cancel now. You can message me back here around the end of this month before you arrive and we should know by then if the county will be extending the order or canceling it.

We are required to collect all names, relationships, and addresses of everyone in your group coming. Please send that NOW if you are keeping the reservation until we hear the order status for your booked month. After you provide names and no more than 2 addresses, we will email you how your self-check-in will work.
