He has all the stats of a Top 5 receiver (in fact he only trails Rice in most) but he played in the easiest era to be a Wide Receiver.

And I don't remember anybody saying, oh we need to shut-down Fitz otherwise we'll lose.

He's less Moss and more Tim Brown...tons and tons of great stats and people don't really remember the highlights.

This can't be an actual football fan typing this. Fitz played on some godawful Arizona teams, but his playoff performances take a backseat to no one, especially in 2008.

You downplaying Timmy Brown?

Who played on even WORSE teams than Fitz...and still got his yards and TDs...with terrible QBs.

Comparing Fitz to Brown wasn't a pejorative in my book.

Just that he did his job and caught a ton of passes and scored a lot of TDs...

But he wasn't Moss. Highlight reel freak.

I mean the single greatest play in Fitz's career is something Randy Moss and Jerry Rice did a 100 times.
