Yeah I wasn't going to say it because it's anecdotal, but I don't think I've ever had a power window fail, but I had an '02 Dakota with manual windows that broke.

Motors and switches are really reliable, and everything else is basically the same as a manual (I think).

I had a 96 Avenger the power windows (plural) failed. They had plastic gear and plastic strip and one the gear worn down until had missing teeth, the other window the strip wore out and the cross pieces the gear teeth were supposed to catch broke.
