Your QB MUST BE A THREAT TO RUN TO BE THE VERY BEST. He must be able to do the things you said and pressure the defense with his legs when necessary. That limits pass coverage by LBs on TE or RBs. They have to dedicate a spy. There’s the difference between a Fields and Brennan.

Max Johnson is the closest thing to Fields we have on the roster.
I hate to tell you, but TJ is NOT a run threat. He isn’t Cam Newton. He does not have the burst or top-end speed. He is a big-bodied, durable pocket passer who happens to be able to put his shoulder down for a few extra yards.
