Made me think of this:

I can’t recall where I heard it, but remember a radio talk show host playing the audio from an environmental conference several years ago that was similar in discussing the goal of creating a crisis to control industry outputs and populations. The video you attached is a parallel to the strategy, but uses the pandemic approach. Very eye opening stuff.
