If it's true that Saudi Arabia is one of the countries set to strike peace with Israel, imo the Iranian hurdle was just cleared. Iran is going to be completely isolated after this.

Yep and the ultimate goal is to neutralize Iran by isolation and sanction. The people will eventually get fed up and kick out the hardliners in favor of an open capitalist society.
