Rats have taken to the streets of Chicago, yet again. Orkin released its Top 50 Rattiest Cities List today, and for the sixth consecutive time, the Windy City takes the top spot. New to the Top 10 this year is Baltimore, taking the eighth spot, and moving into the Top 20 is San Diego, rising 13 spots to secure the #19 ranking.

Hood type or rodent type? I'm confused

I can’t imagine how many Chicago has to have to top NYC. They’re like squirrels in the suburbs there.

Judging from the most of the list it could be either

Honestly that’s too low

I'm actually impressed with NOLA. Considering location and the locales, I thought they would be in the top 5 or even #1.

We don’t have many rats because we have so many snakes in this state. Them Yankees need more snakes in their cities

List is shite; they don’t correct for population size.

I'm assuming Nutria didn't get counted in the census?

That’s because of all of the snakes. Just because you don’t see them, doesn’t mean they aren’t there keeping the rat population down.

I see them walking powerlines, but never seen them around the house.
