Yep, all but last are various oaks. Go look for acorns from them--shape/color of acorn can help you ID the specific variety of oak. Many oaks have slightly variable leaf shapes, so leaves will only get you so far.
Spindly last one might be some kinda fruit tree? Plum, pear?
