WTF? 3 AM. Yep, screw that. I get up at 4 AM which is still early and not much better but still. I take my pre-workout and I have to take a shower even though I am just gonna go get nasty and sweaty at the gym and take another shower. However, if I don't shower, I can't wake up. I have been doing this routine since my son was born in 1998 so it is a habit now. In the afternoons, I go train BJJ when I don't have family commitments or I am not injured. By 9 PM I am exhausted and in bed.
