Trump can get around this if he is clever. Here is how he needs to answer a question about climate change.

"Due to the Paris accords you can not talk about climate change without also talking about foreign relations. I don't mean foreign relations in a Biden sense where your relations with a foreign country are all dependent on how much you and your son can profit off of them. I mean foreign relations in a real diplomacy sense." After that he can b.s. any way he wants about climate change and no one will remember the rest of the answer.
