Were there oral arguments in this case?

I thought that it was 4-4 to NOT HEAR the case at all. BUT, four wanted to actually hear the case. I could be mistaken.

In any event, my question still stands -- can the Republicans ask for a Motion for Reconsideration on HEARING THE CASE when ACB is seated?
