Wasn't long ago the police admitted they have zero obligation to respond to calls.

If police are not obligated then simple civilians are not either> Especially when police despise vigilantism and actively seek to arrest those who do act without being a police agent.

Can't have it both ways no matter which side of whatever aisle.
