Olympic wrestling is either freestyle or Greco Roman, the rules dictate what takedowns throws you can use.

For instance in Greco Roman you can’t do single and double leg takedowns is my understanding.

Wrestling that khabib uses has it origins in Russia and Georgia etc Which also is mixed with sambo. Different grips are emphasized such as using both arm to grab the elbow and wrist of an opponent
