I normally just lurk around here but want to throw my two cents since I was also in Virginia last week touring Civil War battlefields all up and down the Shenandoah Valley. My son and I thought there was at least 5-1 signage favoring Trump. I don’t think he’ll win VA by any means but was encouraged that all those folks in that area who are caretakers of so much history haven’t gone off the deep end yet like the rest of the state.

We drove from NC to Farmville, VA for lunch and then on to Charlottesville for the night. We were on two lane country roads mostly and that central VA farm land is where we saw a lot of Biden signs.
Probably saw more Trump in the Natural Bridge/ Lexington, VA area but Staunton was all Biden - at least the part we were in.
Lexington did have a Republican office selling signs, flags etc. on Main Street.
Buena Vista, a much smaller town than Staunton, was all Trump. Then we got on the BRP and didn’t see any signs.

One thing I did notice, the Biden ones were generally just the standard yard sign but we saw a lot of large ( 2 ft X 4 ft or so), homemade (?), Trump signs. Maybe that’s an indication of commitment. If size mattered Trump would take VA.
