You are not going to be able to sell 10 acres right now. I have 40 acres in Liberty, MS that needs to be thinned and can't find anyone to do it without giving them the thinned pine. Unless yo have a a big track you are out of luck I am afraid.
ETA: not saying you can't find someone to cut it but you may actually have to pay a little right now.
