The hard drive and its contents became the legal property of the owner of the computer store when Hunter failed to pay within 90 days. He doesn't have to give anything back.The fact that they would ask for it back acknowledges that it belonged to Hunter. Hunter's signature on the computer contract form can be verified by handwriting experts. The information associated with the computer can be used to find when and where it was bought.

Yeah, I wasn't disputing that. I was just pointing out how the "Russians" angle makes no sense.
