Bogalusa is about 50/50. They need very few whites to get a Dem

It's probably a similar situation to EBRP. It's majority white but not by a lot and I'm sure at least 25% of white people vote Dem. I'm sure it's probably higher than that.

Historically La has been democrat. The population centers still are.

Louisianans play conservative but too many of them still like that liberal populism ala Huey Long. Hence why John Belle Edturd is our Governor. Couldn't have achieved that without supposed "Republicans" voting for him along with the folks who love socialism.
