Coach O is one leg of the 3 legged stool.
His strength is motivation and recruiting.
The other 2 legs are the OC and DC. He needs to have cutting edge minds in these spots to have a solid foundation. All of these pieces work together.

Instead two legs of the stool were taken from antique furniture that can’t be leaned on.
