How’s those property taxes and utilities treating your pocket book in Dallas? I hear they can get a bit expensive.

I’m pretty sure the majority of people would pay higher property taxes for great schools, parks, and athletic facilities.
Not to mention no state income tax and every cousin I have in LA sends their kids to private schools.
