Was that in keeping with the general consensus in Washington at the time about replacing the prosecutor?
In fact, didn't Republican Senator Ron Johnson, a member of the bipartisan Congressional Ukrainian Caucus, join with the other members of the Caucus in writing a letter in March 2016 to Ukrainian President Poroshenko urging him to make urgent reforms to the Ukraine Prosecutor General's office?
