Tell me what you think a Cadillac plan is exactly. It also depends on what percentage of shared premium. I work for a Fortune 100 company, the point stands. If your share is $650 a month and they are paying $500 or $800 a month, that isn’t a Cadillac plan. That’s called high premium insurance and low cost share by your employer.
Again, what do you think a Cadillac plan is?
Let’s also not pretend like you’re a titan of industry. Your company isn’t paying $10,000-$20,000 in medical premiums for you.

The company is paying at least 650 for his plan.
