here we are in hour #4, and I have every expectation that Sullivan will not rule today for some reason, with some future date
Powell will probably file an appeal tomorrow, pushing this thing out further. Powell now has every reason to embarrass Sullivan in public and have the higher courts rebuke him

Sidney has to have some mechanism to get the Circuit to drop the hammer if Sullivan won't act.
