Burrow’s leadership (not talent) is what we miss most

Brennon could have had a lot of success with last year’s supporting cast around him. Even though he isn’t as talented as Burrow, he is talented enough.

The bigger problem is that this team lacks leadership. They came out flat and uninterested, that wouldn’t have happened with Joe.

Play calling and game plan we’re bad, but fixable (may require new assistant coaches/coordinators).

But leadership... if you can’t lead after 4 years, I seriously doubt it will develop.

And at this point it’s hard to have any confidence in our ability to recruit and develop it.

Eh, i miss his talent most. And his physical ability to run the ball. FYI, the stupid read option only works if the QB is a threat to run.

I mean I'd bet that if Myles gets confidence and starts playing well that it'll help him be a better leader. Being confident and producing helps you get respect. This link gives me hope in his leadership if he gets better and becomes confident in his abilities.

Joes first game against Miami when he got in their players faces pregame. You just knew he had that it factor.

All things pointed to him being a great leader in high school.
The more your teammates gain confidence in you the more respect they have and it's easier to be a leader.
