lolwut? Are you serious? I'm 42 and had to put my donut on a few weeks ago because I ran over a screw. I had zero issues getting the lugnuts off, and the spare on, in under 20 minutes.
My wife has also changed her own tire in less time than it took you. Jesus man.

I saw this young black lady trying to change a tire at a gas station about a year or two ago. She was obviously struggling with the lugnuts so I went over to help her.
I'm a pretty big man and was going to do the kind, gentlemanly thing. Those lugnuts about whipped my arse. I had to get her to stand on the lug wrench on one of them
