Went to Woodlands, TX this past weekend, so here's a review of the restaurants we ate at.
We went to this little place called Old Town Springs which had tons of little out door shops, etc. and they had this great little hole in the wall restaurant: Puffabelly's
Puffabelly's: had Fried Green Tomatoes for the first time ever, and they were excellent. Also had a Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich, which was also excellent and huge.
We also went to a really nice place Saturday night.........Jasper's.
Jasper's: another excellent choice. We had the crab cakes as an appetizer, great taste and presentation. I got the Ribs, the menu said they were rated as one of the top 3 ribs in the country based on Bon Appetite Magazine...........and they sure didn't disappoint. Girlfriend had the Trout, which was also good, but couldn't touch the ribs.
Thank you C-Bear for the recommendation.
