Coming from the governor of a city within his state with the highest number of deaths in the country and for a guy who ordered infected people be placed in nursing homes - I sure as hell would.

Neither do I but the thing is Cuomo is not doing this out of any distrust of the federal government, it's all about resisting anything Trump, even to the possible detriment to his own constituents. It's fricking pathetic
