I'm thinking bed liner on the bottom is a definite no-go. Too much friction. How big of a boat are we talking? Is it already painted? Painting inside and out?

Agreed that bed liner is a no go for the bottom. Its already painted, most of it has rubbed off over the years. Its a 17' by 60" just would like to get the outside from water level up and through the inside all the way to the floor.
