Aluminum Boat Painting

I'm thinking bed liner on the bottom is a definite no-go. Too much friction. How big of a boat are we talking? Is it already painted? Painting inside and out?

sand it good then use self etching primer on the bottom and repaint it with epoxy paint

for the inside use roll on bedliner like herculiner and mix in some white paint until its a light gray color
