Ticket office on refunds

So I opted out and decided to pay 200 bucks to save seats and was told a representative would be in touch almost 2 weeks ago but still haven't heard from anyone! this happen to anyone else?

They’re still trying to figure out how to get butts in seats and tickets for this weekend. Them giving up money that is making interest is there last priority

The capacity limitations have been known for a while now. Pick who gets tickets and go from there. It's not that difficult other schools seemed to be able to handle it just fine

Eh, they put this on themselves. Months to plan and work out details. Don't release the final plans 6 days before a game.

They told me when I opted out that I would be receiving a call from someone which didn't make a lot of sense to me as I was very clear in what I wanted to do

I got called about 3-4 weeks ago. I was told that the refund would come in 4-6 weeks. Nothing yet.
