the addition of the last call in Phase 3 hurts restaurants, but lets not pretend that Phase 3 only affected restaurants
as a whole, Phase 3 is less restrictive, but whatever, nobody cares about facts anymore

THIS is what people are choosing to focus on? Very telling.
With phase 3, schools can now open fully. In addition to paying tuition, I no longer have to also pay for someone to keep my kid while I go make a living. Offices, Restaurants, etc can now open to 75% capacity. Other small businesses can open that were previously restricted from opening in phase 2. Nursing homes are starting to open.
But yes...let’s focus on the fact that you can no longer get shitfaced until 2am. Oh the horror.
