Suffered from it for years. Besides certain medical care , yoga and Pilates has helped tremendously. A strong core, balance and flexibility will help. My Pilates instructor is also an experienced PT so there’s a focus on those things. I’ll also add that a strong core is a lot more than doing sit ups. May want to find a good PT for a few sessions to learn some stretches and core exercises.
