And the rest of Louisiana got straight D- and F's for going about their regular routine instead of hiding-in-place. Doesn't everybody remember getting chastised in March, April and May that our phones were ratting on us that we were still out and about? And all those Mother's Day get togethers, oh my, it's a miracle that there are any mothers left.
If you look at the numbers from a macro level, instead of micro, there has never been any statistically noteworthy "spikes" here. More of a bell curve that we have long since past.
