that vaccine needs to get here quickly or Europe is going to either bankrupt themselves or pass the US in poor CV19 response

Easy with the tin foil. The UK has a real money printer and a commitment from the BOE to pay the bills for the time being (which in central bank intelligista language means it's permanent). We can't do that and are entirely dependent on Congress during an election year for financial relief. It's a completely different scenario. Plus, the Brits are kinda little bitches now, I'd imagine their Karen per million is much higher than the U.S.
