Phil Spencer came out and said Deathloop and Ghostwire will be honored as PS exclusives. But all future Bethesda games will be evaluated for non Xbox consoles on a "case by case basis."
that's about right, gives them room to do analysis and see which properties would maximize profits from multiplatting. I'd expect the megaproperties (ES, Fallout, Doom) to all get timed exclusivity to xbox and then PC/PS5 after. Deathloop and Ghostwire are timed exclusives anyway so that's not too big a deal for MS

That's what I figure as well, especially with the rumors and timed exclusivity of GTA. This would be their fire back. But they may view putting them on game pass day 1 to be along the same lines as timed exclusivity.
There are also rumors they met with bungie about re-adding them and giving them more creative control over destiny than what Activision gave them and teaming up with 343 to fix Halo. Would make sense with everything they've talked about with Halo Infinite online sounding like what bungie has done with destiny 2 since leaving Activision.
You now also have obsidian and Bethesda under same umbrella for fallout remasters and new games if Microsoft can get them to play nice together
