Burrow also had to just start up without an offseason his first year.
I am not going to downplay Brady’s help but the amount of time Burrow had to get on same page with receivers for 2nd year also helped a lot.

I think you mean his offensive system sucked
You can’t say that Brady fell into the best QB ever after watching 2018. Not when Brady’s system made him in 2019,
