This can be true, as well as the fact that black people are routinely sentenced harsher than white counterparts


But that's not really the topic at hand here. Sounds like a piece of shite shot innocent people was immediately apprehended, and placed in jail. Charged with a crime and will be held accountable for his actions. That's a win for society he's off the street.

Does this fact take into consideration past convictions, arrest records, multiple crimes committed, different jurisdictions, remorsefulnes, competency of lawyers, etc.?

Is it a fact or are you spewing bullshite? You do know there are sentencing guidelines courts are required to follow don’t you?

Or is it that you’re cherry-picking statistics because black males are more likely to commit violent crime relative to their population, and therefore, have harsher sentences imposed?

Actually, this event is a win for the BLM/Marxists/antifa/Democrats. This is exactly what they want to happen all over. So your support for them means you support these murders. What do you have to say for yourself?
