Yeah, and i can't think of his damn name to save my life, but who was old buckshot face that was running that government that both we (the US via CIA) and the Narcos were funding, and then once we found out the Narcos were funding them, we cut ties and had him deported.
ETA: NOREIGA!!! I'm thinking Panama not Nicaragua. Sorry.
