My advice is to turn back now unless you can somehow pay for medical school and make it through residency debt free.
Otherwise it probably won’t be worth it. Plenty of other great careers out there where you can make a difference.

Go to dental school. No residency and earning potential is much greater than 250. You’ll catch up much faster.

What are the chances of a 46 year old dude even getting accepted into a medical school program? Honestly never heard of someone starting that late
