If that is the case, counting and results should not be completed until those 3 days are up. I am fine with them doing that, as long they make it fair.
It will not be fair if they release "X" candidate has a 10,000 vote lead after election day and then 10,001 ballots come in for candidate "Y"
NO COUNTING UNTIL THE CLOCK IS UP!!!

Thus why I said "no counting"
You basically extend the voting the 3 days and then count.
