Bingo. It is the attorney's job to garner public sympathy any way he can. In an ideal world, media outlets would hold people accountable for the actual truth. In the real world, the media cares about the most clicks, not the most truth.

I see what you are saying but suggest, respectfully, that you consider whether you are focused on a matter of trivial importance given that a woman who posed no threat was shot dead.
